WE OFFER HISTORICAL EVENTS IN HISTORICAL SETTINGS
Whether you're hosting a private meeting, intimate event, or large gathering, we have spaces throughout the Museum that can be configured to suit your needs.
With rental fees that range by the hour, half-day, or full-day, we can help meet your budget needs, too.
The East Room
The East Room of our facility houses agricultural and automotive artifacts dating back to the earliest days of Grand Prairie settlement. This large, bright room is commonly used for larger meetings and celebrations and can seat 100 theater style or 80 for a seated dinner.
We have a food prep area and warming station available to aid with catering needs.
Rental Rates:
Tuesday-Saturday:
Hourly (8am-4pm): $50 for first hour $30/hr after first hr
Daily (9hrs, 8am-4pm): $300
Evening (4hrs, after 4pm): $400
Sunday or Monday (4hrs): $600
The Chapel
This beautiful replica of the first church built by Stuttgart founder Rev. Adam Buerkle is perfect for intimate weddings or other memorable events.
The chapel can seat up to 40 in pews that were original to that first church. Chairs can be added for six more guests.

The Prairie Village
Host a shower or children's birthday party amidst the storefronts of early Stuttgart. This versatile, fun space can creatively seat 24 - 32 or more.

Waterfowler Hall of Fame
Host your meeting, dinner or other small private event amidst our unique artifact collection in this room that celebrates waterfowl enthusiasts and conservationists. Seats 12 conference style.

The Entire Museum
You and your guests will have access to the entire Museum for your evening event. Available after 4pm only, Tuesday - Saturday.
